Read this or listen to it.

Dagas: Doing all this crap is unbelievably annoying. We haven't got time for personal development!

Sketti: At least we are never bored.

Aventi: And if you remember, sugar, we have money now.

Texas: But are ridiculously behind in our correspondence work.

Renata: I just wish there was time to sew.

Sketti: I just wish there was time to run.

Texas: I just wish there was time to ride.

Dagas: I just wish there was time to dance.

Aventi: I just wish there was time to party.

Dagas: You wish wish wish, but all we do when we have time is sit on the computer and do nothing.

Renata: It's better than lying in the gutter and smoking crack.

Aventi: And if you remember, sugar, we have money now.

Dagas: But still, don't you all feel unfulfilled? Don't you all feel like we should be doing something enriching?

Renata: I feel like we should be rocking the PVC.

Aventi: I think we all feel like we should be rocking the PVC.

Sketti: What's PVC?

Dagas: It's a type of shiny fabric, Sketti.

Aventi: I am kind of angry about the unfinished artwork though, aren't you guys?

Sketti: Oh.

Renata: Quite.

Texas: It's not like we can really do anything about it.

Dagas: We could give up one job and sacrifice our money, or we could give up computers and sacrifice our... well, sacrifice computers, which I guess isn't really a huge sacrifice, and would give us a heck of a lot more time to do more productive things, wouldn't it. God, our mother is annoying; does anyone else want to kill her, twice? Because I sure do.

Aventi: I'm too lazy to even think about changing anything right now. I just like having money. It lets us buy expensive clothes and electronics. But working today with Eileen was horrible. She's such a bitch. Not to mention how the employees of Famous Toys are like "Ooh, we don't care if our store is ugly, because it's temporary, and we suck." Fuck them.

Sketti: I like being busy, it keeps us on our toes. The one thing that sucks is not eating properly or enough. I'm always so hungry, and we always have to buy food from somewhere or another. Stupid night work means we're never home for supper, and although it's not usually that good anyway, I do like some stuff that is here, instead of take-away food..

Texas: I'm just worried about our school. If we had to hand that thing in three days ago to be registered, we're screwed, completely. We're only like a third of the way through it, and we won't be able to get it in until like next week. That would be horrible, but they didn't realy tell us anything, so what are we supposed to do? I want to ride, too.

Renata: I love that shirt we bought. It's gorgeous. I wish we had more time to sew and draw and more places to wear the things we sew and more places to showcase the things we draw. It sucks so much. And if our house wasn't so annoying and we had a place to sew, we could make that PVC corset. But our room is a mess and our house sucks, so we're doomed.

Dagas: I'm so tired, though, guys; let's go to sleep.

Aventi: Ok.

Renata: Yeah, sure.

Sketti: I'm tired, too.

Texas: Good call.

(what we're actually going to do is make an audio version of this; but not now, because as stated above, we're sleepy.)

We don't really remember getting to the pizza place, but the pizza was good and we think we ate it in 1.3 seconds. Yay. Woo.

4: Rocko called us to inform us that our granny died; she wouldn't get out of bed for two weeks, and then she went to the hospital, and then they cat scanned and found out that she had had like 210923847 strokes but nobody knew, and then she decided it would be a good plan to wheel herself out of the hospital except she fell over a railing and broke a bunch of stuff. And then my uncle Dennis had to go get her will, and it said not to put her on life support, and then she died. The end. The good news is that my daddy and sister are coming to edmonton because of it!

5: Our sewer drain backed up and flooded part of our basement (imcluding the corner of the nice, big, basementy room that is supposedly soon to be ours) and then we couldn't use our toilets or shower or bath or.. er.. well anything at all, really.

6: We went to school.
dig: Vancouver. We're going to do one entry per day we were there, plus pictures!

FRIDAY

Get on plane; window seat; behind the jet so we couldn't hear ourself think. Got off plane. Went to lala's place, it's a ground level flat kind of thing. She lives right on Granville by Granville Island, it's so awesome. Across the street from Peridot (and expensive french store.) We went off to Bedo and Eveline Charles, found cute sweaters we decided not to buy because they were $70 each, bought a spongiform pan, ogled cosmetics and went to pottery barn ad smelled the pomegranate bath products (at ridiculous prices) and lavender stuff. They had lavender everything. Table wipes, vacuum beads, tissues, dish detergent, laundry detergent, bubble bath...

Went back home and put the boo boo to bed. Made fish and veggie-tables, while drinking three bottles of red wine. Went to computer and tried picking out some songs to sing for rocko's party. We decided on Landslide by fleetwood mac (it was recently redone by the dixie chicks, in a more reasonable key.) Went to bed.

No pictures were taken

we'll go through saturday tomorrow!

Vancouver is such a cool town. Little koffe shops and sushi places and it smells like salt and humidity.. All the cool streets with their names instead of numbers, nelson, ontario, granville.. kitsilano, wtf the rich sections called. every street with a W or E, W 112th, W 67th. ehehehe!

Not to mention my amazing sister and co!

    <lj:music>depeche mode - enjoy the silence</lj:music>

Aventi: Sitting here listening to Depeche Mode and thinking about how we could never be as cool as them. Got home from work two seconds ago; let us tell you about something gross.

We were on break reading our dear book, and drinking our dear tea, and eating our dear cake and other bad-for-you stuff, and there was this dude sitting over by the fireplace and he looked a lot like Patrick, and he looked at us as we walked past and we were like "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA" anyway, it wasn't Patrick, but we exchanged glances, without our permission.

You know when you are looking at someone and you know they think you are interested in them, but really, you have this morid curiosity? Like that. Anyway, he creepied over to our table and was like "can i join you?" and it was creepy. Anyway he came and sat with us and kept us on break for far too long. He was drawing spiderman "for his bosses kids" (yeah right, he's got posters on his wall and you know it) and he was gross. Anyway he stayed at the cafe till like ten, and was trying to talk to alycia and us, but alycia busied herself with koffe and we ducked down behind the counter to look for saran wrap.

What a creeper. He was so creepy.

In other news, Led Zeppelin and also Van Halen are cool. GUESS WHAT VAN HALEN IS COMING TO EDMONTON IN OCTOBER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!111!!12%#682359481764 @@@@@!!!!!!!!one!!!!1!!!!!!!11!@1!@!!!!one!five

We're so going. We have to, seeing as we bloody missed Sloan again (they are playing tomorrow at the u of a, "students and guests only," and it's sold OUT *collapses in hysterical tears* So we are sad. Hence we have decided to become sloan groupies; maybe chris murphy would have sex with us.

Or at least let us have a picture.

But sex would be better.

    <lj:music>whitey houston - recreational sleep</lj:music>

dagas: went out to fabricland and bought tulle, wool, lace, etc. nothing exciting. went to work and was depressed; watched most of igby goes down and then started hating our own life so we turned it off and here we are; we spend too much money and are somewhat narcissistic; not to mention self-hating and indecisive. Also can't save money. Tsk. Sitting here listening to recreational sleep over and over again.. again, like we did some time ago when we felt better and less like we should sleep and more like a night animal.

Like the night was where we belonged, here down in the basement communing with the owls of the nation, living online once more to the tune of this same song. But where we really belong is outside in the sunlight. Where we will not go is outside in the sunlight because the sunlight enhances everything bad about us, like a 360 degree mirror. And there is no escaping it but for under a parasol; a $40 parasol from some import store, black and ripped and edged in lace again, lace lace and more lace and we are drowning in lace and ribbon and hate it hate hate hate hate hate.. grunge.. and hate clean, and hate grunge, and hate priss and hate bohemian living but wish we could pull it off if only we were more beautiful! Instead will end up a corporate slave like we once swore never to be, but what's the end, to become the old hippie with the long grey beard (sans beard, obviously) and the hat who we admire and then watch beg?

We admire and watch him BEG! He is begging and we are shamed and we give him no money because he knows and we know that we will be like him, and so should save our pennies for a darker day.

dd did this and now we do it.

1. Comment to this entry with a post you think would be totally out of character for me--something I'd never talk about, never discuss, never say, anything. It has to be completely out of character.

2. Post this in your own journal.
stolen from: herm & julianne. kthnxbye.

    <lj:music>per gessle - viskar</lj:music>

Aventi: Our boss is a fuckhole. He tells us that we have to wear 'polishable black shoes' to work when we wear something else but NOBODY else gets it. Jill is wearing white and green shoes (ok she got yelled at but still) kerri wears suede runners, shell wears clogs, like fuck everyone wears ugly runners and nobody gets anything for it. Kim wears little pleated skirts with bows all over them but we get bitched at when there's lace on our (knee length) skirt. Ally comes in with a yellow and orange scarf in her hair but we get "the cliff" for my (miniscule) black flower. Fuck him. He's a shit head and we hate him. He thinks he's sooo funny, like he is the king of funny, and that everyone loves him. He practically shits himself laughing at his own jokes and his head is shaped like a pear. And he's pushy and annoying and lectures you on absolutely nothing and keeps us half an hour after work yapping at us so that we have to walk home. WE HATE HIM AND WE WANT TO THROW HOT GOOPY COFFEE GROUND IN HIS BEADY LITTLE BUG EYES!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So anyways

Mike is leaving Second cup, oh my god. We love him and don't want him to leave. There was this acoustic guitar player guys on thursday night that said they would learn a swedish song for me because i made them good coffee. Alex and us and wendy went to southgate and ninja'd stuff, we got some accessories. We also ninja'd the road with spray paint, so if you are driving around glen allan and see "T-SHIRT NINJAS! written on the road, or a t-shirt with nj! in it, THAT WAS US.

Long post. Too bad for you. Per Gessle is amazing and cheers us up after stupid cliff's stupidnosity.

Also! We bought boots for 23041928347092187 dollars but they are hot, we'll post pictures of the stuff we ninja'd on lolitasnap.com.. you can go there right now and look at our pickshots (our username is nifties) and stuff. Yes.
